The Mission of the St. Joseph School library is to foster the spiritual and academic growth of its students through books, magazines and technology. It is also our desire that students acquire a life-long connection with reading.
Our library is open to students Monday through Friday during regular school hours.
Each grade/class, accompanied by their teacher, will have a weekly, designated library time. During this period, the library manager may have planned activities.
Students in grades 1 through 8 will be allowed to check out two books unless special
permission is given by the library manager or their teacher. These books are due one
week from checkout. A 5-cent per book/per day fine will be charged for overdue books. If a book is lost or damaged, students are expected to make restitution.
It is our hope that St. Joseph students will enjoy their library experience and benefit
from our expanding collection of books and our ever-improving technology.
